HOW TO ORDER FROM THE BUD SHOP, DELIVERY, ETC

Q. How do I place an order?

To Order Online:
As you navigate through BudShop, simply select the quantity (and size information when appropriate) and press the "Add to Cart" button. While you are shopping, you can view your order by pressing "View Cart." You can change the quantity of, or delete items from your shopping cart at any time.

To Order by Fax:
Complete all of the order information including your daytime phone number. Print the completed form and fill in the payment information. Fax your order to 1-618-241-7602 any time, day or night. For U.K. and Ireland orders, fax your order to 00-1-618-241-7602. Credit card orders only, please.
We accept: MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express.

To Order by Mail:
Complete all of the order information, print the completed form and mail it along with your personal check, money order or credit card information to:

Q. How do I search for an item on BudShop.com?
A. Simply enter a keyword or catalog item number in the search fields in the left-hand navigation, or click on the advance search link to bring you to a search page that allows searching by specific brand, price, or theme.

Q. How can I check the status of my order and other account information?
A. Once you become a BudShop.com member, you will have access to your account information, order history and status. Login to BudShop.com and then click on the "My Account" link at the top left hand side of the screen. You will come to another page and then you will click on the Order Status & History button, Account Info or BudShop Info.

Q. What is the method of payment on BudShop.com?
A. BudShop.com accepts all major credit cards. MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express as well as debit cards.

Q. Do you offer deferred billing?
A. Yes. You have the option to defer your payment for orders over a $100.00 or more. Defer your charges until September 1, 2004. Offer not available with debit cards or checks. Deferred billing not available on select promotional offers.

Q. Do you offer installment billing?
A. Yes. You have the option for installment billing for orders over a $100.00 or more. Four monthly installments will be billed to your credit card, beginning when your item (or items) ship. All freight and sales tax will be included on first installment. Offer not valid with debit cards, checks, or American Express.

Q. How do I know how much my Shipping & Handling charges are?
A. For on-line orders, the Shipping & Handling will show on the Final Approval page when placing an order. When ordering by mail you can calculate the Shipping & Handling by using the Freight Table below.

Q. How is a product delivered?
A. All orders normally ship within 48 business hours after receipt. You will be notified by email or mail of any delay. Some items are shipped direct from vendor. Orders are typically shipped UPS (Airborne for UK/Ireland), and require street addresses (no post office box numbers, please). EXPRESS 3-BUSINESS-DAY SERVICE on telephone, fax and on-line BudShop orders is available for $8 above normal shipping charges, AK, HI and PR included.
Express service not available for items shipped direct from vendor. Express service not available for UK or Ireland.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Please allow longer delivery on personalized items, or items shipping direct from vendor.

Q. Can I have an item sent to another address?
A. Yes. You can have your purchase sent directly to another recipient's address. When ordering through a Customer Representative, you can have your item sent to any recipient's address. When ordering on the Internet, enter the address you wish to send to on the Billing/Shipping page when checking out. If sending a gift internationally, or within the UK/Republic of Ireland, remember the taxes and duties are charged to the recipient upon delivery of the merchandise.
